Subject:- APPEAL FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
We are writing to inform you of a recent storm that hit our young College: G.S.S. Ngoh,
Essoh-Attah. The storm caused tremendous destruction on the roofs and walls of several classrooms especially the roof of a two classroom permanent block that was completely carried off. Thus, the students of Forms 4 and 5 who were occupants of these classrooms are today left without a shelter that can permit them study comfortably. And some of them are expected to write the G.C.E. in June 2008.
And not withstanding the temporary measures already taken by the local population in housing these students elsewhere, we believe that major repairs and reconstruction work should be done urgently in December to rehabilitate these students on campus.
Therefore, it is for this reason that we are graciously appealing to you to extend an urgent hand of fellowship to us. Your assistance which can either be material or financial shall help us to remedy this embarrassing and unfortunate situation our children are facing right now.
Remember: “Nothing is too small or too big to be offered to us”.
All assistance received shall be acknowledged accordingly.
